Cancellation is not permitted, no refunds will be given for late arrivals, no shows or cancellation under and circumstances.

Fireworks - due to the manificent size of the Dixie Queen she is unable to travel further west than Tower Bridge so any view of the London fireworks will be limited.  However if conditions permit Tower Bridge will be lifted at midnight for the Dixie Queen - a spectacular sight.
