Bookings:  Bookings must be made in advance and paid in full at time of booking.

Payment:  To be made by credit or debit card, confirmation will be sent by email.  Children/infants under 2 are not charged for but will not be allocated a seat or food.

Cancellation or changes are permitted up to 72 hours prior to your cruise after which time no refunds will be given.  Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or no shows, please make sure you arrive on the pier 15 minutes prior to boarding time and that you allow for transport delays in London.
