Bookings: Must be made in advance by credit or debit card, e-ticket will be sent and must be presented on boarding.   It is advisable to book very early particularly for weekends as the boats are generally full 8-10 weeks in advance.  Cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours if your plans change.

Booking Conditions:
Full payment is requried by debit or credit card to confirm a booking. Boarding time and the vessel name will be advised when booking is made. Vessels leave on time and are unable to wait for latecomers. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals. 

Cancellations and changes may be made for smaller parties of less than 9 persons up to 48 hours prior to the event date after which no changes are permitted and refunds will not be given.  Groups of 10 - 19 persons are required to give 8 days notice of any cancellations, larger groups 15 days notice must be given.  Cancellations received outside this time scale will not be refunded.

FAQs
 All tables are private, larger parties will be seated at adjacent tables. There is a wine list and bar on board to purchase other drinks,  cash, credit or debit cards will be accepted.  There is no child menu
