A fantastic party on board a River Thames Party Boat every Friday and Saturday and selected midweek dates in December.

Riverboat Parties are unique to London Nightlife. A novel way of partying with colleagues, friends or family.   Each vessel used is fully equipped, built and maintained to high safety standards and perfect for an entertaining night out. All have a cash bar,  totally enclosed decks with outside areas should the weather prove healthy!  There is some informal seating. clear views from all levels. An unrivalled Disco’ experience while you take in the illuminated bridges and Thames scenery as you gently glide by. Great fun at a great price – tremendous and unbeatable value-for-money!

In order to confirm a booking, for the Thames Disco Cruise full payment is required in advance.One payment per group only please, by cheque, bank transfer or  debit / credit card.  Card bookings incur an additional charge of 3%.   Tickets will be sent to the organiser approx one week in advance and must be shown by each guest to board.  Tickets will advise the pier location, vessel name and time of departure.  Boats depart promptly and cannot wait for latecomers.  

Please ensure you know exactly where the pier is located and plan your travel in advance. It is advisable to check the www.tfl.gov.uk website regarding public transport closures, delays etc. 

Shared Boat Party Terms and Conditions
No liability will attach to the Company (Thames Cruises and Events)  in respect of any loss or damage to the guest or for anything brought onto the vessel by any such person, save loss or damage due to the negligence of the boat company. All boats carry third party liability cover.

Few boats on the Thames offer seating for all guests onboard. Unless otherwise specifically stated, all party packages on the Thames have a limited number of chairs and tables to ensure a good party atmosphere. There is no reserved seating.

If the client has any comments during the function the Captain or Function Manager will be happy to discuss these at the time. Any complaints must be notified to either the Captain and/or Function Manager at the time and then restated in writing to the Company no later than 3 days after the function. Failure to comply with this request will indemnify the company from the payment of any compensation.

The Company reserves the right to substitute another vessel (of a similar capacity) and, if necessary, for reasons beyond its control including (but not limited to) damage or destruction, strikes, lockouts, industrial unrest, acts of terrorism, bad weather, insufficient bookings, shortage of labour or food or beverage supplies, to cancel the booking. The Company will not in such circumstances be liable for any expenses including transportation or accommodation costs incurred by the guests due to such substitution or cancellation. In the event of such an occurrence the company will endeavour to notify all guests immediately and to find a replacement vessel or offer an alternative package but are not under any obligation.

No food or drink may be taken on board.

In order to confirm the booking, for the Thames Disco Cruise a £5 pp deposit based on estimated numbers is required. The balance payment is required no later than 2 weeks  prior to the cruise date at which point, tickets will be sent. If final numbers notified are less than 20% of the original booking figure, the balance of the deposit will be deemed lost. Once full payment has been made, no refunds shall be given. On all other packages, the deposit price is listed and various cancellation terms apply depending on the specific package booked. For all bookings no matter the package, deposits are non-refundable.

The Company does not recommend children under the age of 12 to be onboard the party packages. Although those under the age of 18 are permitted onboard, the Company must be notified of the ages and it is requested that they are under the supervision of a responsible adult. Should the Crew and/or the Bar Staff not be content with any ID requested, they reserve the right to refuse alcohol to be served. Likewise, the Crew reserve the right to refuse boarding, and will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the guest, should they deem any guests to be worse for wear caused by alcohol or drugs.

Unless otherwise stated, guests will only be allowed to board the vessel fifteen minutes prior to the Embarkation time. The vessel will leave promptly at the time stated and will not return for latecomers. If you miss the boat, no refunds will be given due to factors outside of the Company´s control i.e. public transport delays, heavy traffic etc.

Guests must present a valid ticket or Admission Voucher upon boarding. In the event of loss of tickets or last minute booking, upon notification, the Company can arrange for an alternative proof of booking method for boarding. Again, unless otherwise stated, the vessel will return fifteen minutes before the end of the scheduled cruise. At that time, all music and bar service will cease.

During the cruise, the vessel will remain under complete control of the Captain and/or crew as provided by the Company. If for weather, tide or other reasons the Captain considers it necessary to vary the scheduled trip, his decision will be final
